What is the correct URL?

Let say an artist whose name is "Famous Singer"
His mp3 songs reside under the music folder:
/home/media/music/Famous_Singer
Under /home/media/music/Famous_Singer, I have an html file, or a text file, etc let's say file.txt
What is then the correct URL to file.txt. And How I can see its content embeded in subsonic or as a pop-up?
