Help with roku 3

I downloaded the channel and added the subsonicTV lite. I configured the Roku channel with the subsonic address.... and I can see the files, I can scroll through them. However, it wont play, when I select play it says "retrieving" then goes back to the menu screen.
do you have any ideas to help me please? Thanks

well... I just bought the $5 per year subscription thinking it could be the difference between Lite & Pro... but that didn't work either. It lists the show, when I hit play it says retrieving and goes back to menu.
not fun.

I'm not sure the developer of the Roku channel is active here...

I thought the problem was that I needed the update for the software... but it isn't. so now im wondering if it is the .avi format?
