Username already in use

Hi

I have used this in the past with no issues. Went to use it the other day and it said that my server name was already in use and to try another? Why would it do that when it is the name that I registered?

However I registered another one and now it is saying that it is registered correctly, automatic port forwarding is successful but when its tests the connection I get a timeout message?????

My ISP is Virgin Media.

I have purchased the premium version and Subsonic has always worked out of the box for me. I cannot figure out what has changed from the last time I used it to now and not sure what to try and I didnt need to mess around with anything before. In fact I can remember being so impressed that it did worked straight away, just now a little frustrated.

any help would be really appreciated

UPDATE

I have now been able to connect by turning off my mcaff firewall.

i have tried to look into the mcafee settings to enable subsonic and it seems as though it is accepted traffic but mcafee is still blocking it.

any help please
