Initial scan did not pick up all music

Problem Description: - Initial scan did not pick up all my music
Troubleshooting Steps: Tried rescanning multiple times and it did not work.
Playback Application and version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.110 Safari/537.36
Subsonic Version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_21, Windows 7 (68.5 MB / 100.1 MB)
Hardware Platform: Windows 7
Java Memory Limit: 150
Problem Filename: An Album called "Such Hot Blood" by Airborne Toxic Event did not make it in the scan
Last ten log file lines - They all had same time stamp so i dont know what would be considered the "last" 10

What format is the media eg mp3?
If so check your mp3 tags - what is the <Album Artist> tag set to ?
If it is blank you may find that they have been filed under unknown artist

Thanks for the reply. The format is MPEG-4 (just like the other albums of the same group that were loaded up) I checked in Unknown Artist but that album wasnt in there
