ERROR 503: Service Unavailable

I upgraded the application and not at happened.... scanned computer, restarted multiple times, service appears to be running (subsonic icon is green & service says its running in the control panel)-- but can't get to the URL to access the App.... what can I do?

I upgraded the application and now I keep getting ERROR: 503 Service_unavailable....... scanned computer, restarted multiple times, service appears to be running (subsonic icon is green & service says its running in the control panel)-- but can't get to the URL to access the App.... what can I do?
