Subsonic Settings Issue

hello, I'm new to all this so bear with me if my question is naive. I recently became a premium member and installed the desktop application only to find out that I have limited accessibility to all the functions of the settings tab. I have attached an example of what my settings tab looks like and as you can see, it is not similar to the one shown on the instructions page. Thus, i cannot add any new folders to stream. Please help restore this issue. I should add that i have very limited experience in coding/scripts.

You need to login as the admin to get all of the settings. I think from there you can give the user all of the admin privileges
