Subsonic on Ouya

Hello, I recently purchased an Ouya and am using it mostly as a set top box for my workout room. I have been side loading a lot of apps but Subsonic is one that just doesn't seem to function properly. Ouya runs Android 4.1 and has an internet connection so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Subsonic installs fine from the apk file but once I am in the app the settings button is missing and whenever I try to click anywhere it gives me a username error.

I also tried just loading up my subsonic server from the Chrome and Dolphin browsers but the player is missing and no music will play when I select it. I am really bummed about this because one of the main reasons I bought the Ouya was so I could load up things like Netflix and Subsonic from my workout room. If anyone has any ideas or has messed around with Subsonic on Ouya I could use some help. Thanks!

Well Subsonic was designed with touch screens in mind. It isn't listed as a working app for Google TV either, and it isn't for a good reason

Have you tried any of the other Android "Subsonic" apps? I downloaded UltraSonic to see how that worked on my S3, and I like it. Not sure how it would work with your device, but a free app would be worth the cost, even if it doesn't work.

There's also a Madsonic app, but that costs some money, but if the problem is limited to just the Subsonic app, then this may be worth the cost...
