Two instances of Subsonic on Windows?

Postby matzmann » Mon Jul 15, 2013 12:32 pm

Hi there,

I wonder if it would be possible to start and run two instances
of Subsonic on my Windows (8) box?

And if so, what would have to be changed from default in the second one?

Background is, that I'd like to run two Subsonics in jukebox mode
- to play to different local audio channels (well the second one would
have to be something like a DLNA server or so [to stream to e.g. a Pi
in another room]).

Number one in jukebox mode to local audio is running perfectly.

Does somebody have an idea and would be willing to share it?

Best regards
Matthias

See viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9226&hilit=Dsubsonic#p44097

I assume that will work for Win 8 as well :?

Hey thanks!

I saw that thread just after having posted mine. ;)

Next step will be to find out how to stream from the second Subsonic to another (linux) box...

Best regards
