update path folder : lost all synopsis

I'm using Subsonic premium and I really appreciate that but I have a problem becazuse since I moved my folder which contains video (only le letter of the disk) I lost my synopsis...
How can I do to restore that ? Will I get them if I move again videos to the origin disk ?
