Cant delete incorrect podcast url
Hi Sindre, I was trying to add a podcast today and had the wrong URL, it added them but generates errors for them:
First one: Error org.jdom.input.JDOMParseException: Error on line 125: Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}"...
Second one: Error java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: japancast.net/?feed=rss
As for the errors themselves, I know WHY I am getting them (the third time was the charm) but I am posting the errors in case they indicate why I can't delete the entries. I check the boxes, click "delete selected", a box pops up asking if I want to delete them, I click yes and the box goes away. Thats it, they are still there, even after refreshing. I even updated from 3.4 to 3.5b1 to see if that would let me delete them, no go. I don't know if i can delete a legitimate podcast, as I don't want to delete any of mine. haha.
Another poblem I have, but much more minor, is when I go to the podcast list, as it is filling in at a certain point in the list (the same one every time) all the links on the page go from the light blue color to a dark blue. Its wierd looking and makes it hard to see the number next to the name since I use the Berants Sea theme. I can send you a screen shot if you would like.
Edit: Ok, I have stepped in it now! I added the same podcast twice, on accident, and have found that in fact I can't delete any of them. Help!
Edit2: Ok, after doing some splunking around the forum I was able to find out about db.view, after some c:\subsonic\db\subsonic.log parsing I was able to glean enough of the schema to figure out what tables the channel and episodes are stored and use sql statements (thank goodness I have a good understanding of sql!) to delete the invalid and duplicate entries I created. I still don't know what is causing the listing to go all crazy while it is listing the podcasts out (the thing with the links changing color about half way). I think that might be why I can't delete podcasts using the page, I think the CSS is probably going wacky and also something is up with the javascript at the same time. I don't know, its wierd. If you have any ideas, I am all ears. I suspect the problem is in the database itself.
