I keep getting this message when I try to activate to premium. I've requested you guys to resend the license then I enter it into the box and get the same thing.

Interestingly, when I went to register for this forum to find help it wouldn't accept my hotmail.com email (which is where the license was sent to and is part of the log in process for this program)

The license key is just an MD5 hash of the email address you used when you registered. just google any md5 hash converter and enter your email address then put it in for the key.
