Any suggestion how I can add ratings to an album.

I'm still looking, but I can't find it. Any help from anyone how I set an album to appear on the Highest rated section of the homepage?

Log in with administrative rights, then go to Settings > Users and enable "User is allowed to create and edit comments and ratings" for the users in question.

Does anyone know how to reset the rating for a given album? I have an album that was rated at 5 stars. When I click the 1st star, it changes the rating to 3 stars. When I click the blue arrow, it changes it to 5 stars. How do I clear it to 0 stars?

Each user may have their separate rating for an album. The number of stars shown in the heading is the average for all users.

So in your case it means that another user has given the album 5 stars.
