No Subsonic Service

My service seems to be interrupted on the web and galaxy s3 android phone. I go to my bookmarked subsonic log in page and receive an http error 503 message. On my phone, the message that I get is "could not understand reply." Apparently, this message has been discussed in the past, but with the web service also not working, I don't think the problem is on my end. Anybody?

503 is a db crash.
