I need some help. Can not get subsonic to read my files. Here is what i did.
Everything was working fine then i updated java to 7 and everything stop working. so i read some threads about Java 7 and the errors. So i then uninstalled Java 7 and installed Java 6 update 35. and nothing same problem, then uninstalled everything java and subsonic. and re-installed java 6 update 35 first then subsonic. still nothing.
Sub seem to read a few artist around 10 or so when i first log in to the site. if i go to media folder and check update now it changes the folder but never goes pass the A. at the bottom the summery seem to have the write number which is weird. I then check refresh at the top and the is what i keep getting. Any suggestion. I am new here so If posted this wrong or if you need more info just let me know thanks a head of time.

When you re-installed SS did you delete the C:\subsonic first?
That will make give you new install as it sounds as if your current db has got corrupted
Note SS ver 4.8 works ok with Java 7, its 4.6 or below that definitely had some problems.
