Subsonic suddenly not working outside my local... *SOLVED*
<-------------------------Subsonic Help Request---------------------->
Problem Description: Subsonic was working fine for several months, but now it appears to have stopped working outside my local network. It works just fine on my computer, my roommates' computers, and my cell phone, when I'm at home and connected to our wi-fi, but when I try to access it otherwise, it tells me it can't reach the server.
Troubleshooting Steps: All I've done is uninstall and re-install Subsonic, which did not help.
Playback Application and version: I use the Android app and MiniSub, but I've also tried on the normal Subsonic interface.
Subsonic Version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_07, Windows 7 (49.7 MB / 119.8 MB)
Hardware Platform: Windows 7 64bit
Java Memory Limit: 150MB
Output from ffmpeg -i: I get an error message when I try to do this... not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or if that might be a source of the problem
Last ten log file lines:
Additionally, I have Clear Internet at my house and my modem SKU is WIXFBR-117. Here is Clear's page for the device: http://www.clear.com/support/download/m ... with-wi-fi.
Again, it was working just fine for months, and then, as far as I can tell, without anything changing or updating, it stopped working outside my home connection.
