Android Buffer..

When streaming on mobile/cell the music is playing and then it will stop after a few seconds, download a bit more and then continue, this happens frequently making the music almost un-listenable.
Any suggestions??
Speed
Android : Speedtest indicated just over 2mb down and 2 mb up speed
Remote PC (with teamviewer connected) Down Speed 19.15mb up 1.06
Current Droid Mobile settings
Latest version of App from Google market
Max Bitrate Mobile: 192
Cache size 500mb
Cache location on phone (not SD)
songs to preload =3
Scrobble to Last.fm =on
Keep screen On = ticked
Subsonic PC Version
4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_25, Windows XP (76.0 MB / 106.6 MB)
