Subsonic suddenly stops playing all files

Suddenly today my Subsonic stopped playing our audio files. I can log in, list the files, but when I play I see some activity fetching the data but then nothing. Happens on all files.
Any help would be appreciated.

Troubleshooting Steps: Start/Stop service, made sure all the files were accessible and network was working, intalled new version
Playback Application and version: Subsonic desktop interface, iPhone app
Subsonic Version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_05, Windows 7 (65.5 MB / 102.8 MB)
Hardware Platform: Windows 7
Java Memory Limit: 150
Problem Filename: All
Output from ffmpeg -i: ffmpeg not recogzined -- ran from the Subsonic install directory and the music directory
