my old computer crashed so i got a new one installed subsonic on it shows every thing good but when i open subsonic on my phone or tablet it shows the crashed computer files and this only works at home when i leave the home network it will not connect

Your new computer probably got a different internal IP address from your router. Check your router to make sure it's forwarding port 4040 to the correct IP address.

Go to
www.portforward.com and look for your router. This will give you the instructions on how to do this.

Went to the website found my router ip's are different the instruction and screenshots don't match so no help there
