subsonic computer crash

The computer I was running subsonic on crashed have a new computer can't get subsonic to work I have a registered account need help been messing with this for over a week with no luck WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP this help forum is a joke been almost 2 weeks and no help subsonic has no problem taking my money but they sure have a problem helping with a problem what a joke and i'm the but of it sucker born every minute and it's me
