Web Player Not Working - SOLVED
I tried searching, but every single word I used is apparently "too common". Everything was running great, and I should have left well enough alone. I decided to try Madsonic for a few of its options, installed but didn't like it, so I uninstalled it, and re-installed Subsonic. Now I can't play any songs from the web player. My Android phone can still access and play the songs, just not the web player.
I can connect to the server fine, and browse my music collection, but when adding a song to the play queue, the name of the song is not underlined to be able to play it. And when I hit the play button next to the song from up top, it tries to download "play.m3u ". The really weird thing is that using the web player on the PC that the server is on still works, but not using the web player at my office PC.
I made no changes to my office computer, so have no idea why it isn't working, or what I can do to get it back. Any ideas?? Help
Version is "version 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013", fresh download from subsonic.org. The server is on a Windows 7 Ultimate PC, and so is my work. Under server, it says "jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_21, Windows 7 (65.1 MB / 78.2 MB)".
Just tried installing 4.7, but still the same problem, so went back to 4.8...
