is there a possiblity that, listeners could also be directed to a link when they click on the album image or even embeding a htpp://www in the comment area?
Or even in the tag?
or any where possible way?

Currently, that's not possible.

I'm planning to support Wiki-like markup (including hyperlinks) in comments - hopefully in version 2.8.1 or 2.9.
