yet again folder scan missed loads of stuff

well another folder scan(scan happens every day)
and missed loads of new files i put up into the shar.
Tried a manual scan and still not found the files (10 video i put into the share.
Please some one fix this, plex is looking very nice at the moment compared to subsonic !!
