A network error occurred

Installed version 4.7 last night
all is fine at home but when tried to access music away from home get a network error occurred. It tries 4 times and stops.
My phone is a Google Nexus 4 Android.
Installed version 4.8 tonight in hopes this may help.
will try again later tonight or tommorow when I go out.
Any suggestions? This app seems wonderful and I paid for the premium version but if I have to be home its a waste.
