Subsonic reinstall portforwarding issue (or something else)

Hi,

Have just been forced to reinstall Windows (8.1.. nice, really worth it for a rubbish start button LOL ;), and been having trouble getting subsonic back up and running.

Without going into the journey I took to get to this point, I have basically setup portforwarding (sub tells me it's OK), and bizarrely I can download tracks to my phone via "most recent" etc, but can't browse the library on my phone. Elsewhere, sub is still telling me that the sub domain I have on premium is fine, but it can't connect to it - and likewise, the see my IP (or whatever it was called) site can't see me either when I put in the port I'm using to forward.

My local machine IP is fixed and the external WAN is showing up the same in my router as on the aforementioned website, but it feels somehow like this is not matching up.

PS I can also access subsonic on my local machine OK (it's currently reindexing my library, even though I copied the original files for this back over from my previous install).

Any thoughts..?? Double check all the usual setup/portforwarding stuff last night but eventually gave up.. and pretty sure I've had this issue in the past, only no idea/recall how I managed to fix it (or it fixed itself ;).

UPDATE
Seems I can now browse my library on my mobile, although www.canyouseeme.org still says it cannot. Not tried outside of home yet..
