Problem: Mac users that have been hooked up for years suddenly unable to download. They can play the files and see the download button but when clicked it does nothing. I've been using this amazing product for years, host on a Win7 64 Box and have not seen this problem before. One of the users that has a MAC at home was unable to DL from home, but when he connected via a Windows machine from work... no problem.

Any suggestions????
