hello
i've bought today iphone 5c and after entering all the connection information it still won't connect.
what should i do?

Sit tight..the redirect server has been glitchy since yesterday. Alternatively, you can use your Public IP and port number until the redirect server gets resolved.

You could also setup a backup dynamic DNS name with another free service. There's a bunch of them out there.
