Renamed folder still showing up on playlists

I am running into a situation that I can't seem to fix. I have three main folders that contain my music. Inside of one of those, I have a folder called Music Collection. Inside of the Music Collection, is it further separated by artists folders and other folders with different music collections or various music files. I recently renamed approximately 20 folders that were named something like this:

+ 1. Christmas
+ 2. Rock and Roll
+ 3. Classical
and so on....

I renamed these files as this:

Christmas
Rock and Roll
Classical

The problem I am running into now is this. Every folder that I renamed is showing up correctly in Subsonic playlists. However 1 folder is still showing up as the "old" folder name. The newly renamed folder is showing up correctly, but the old version is still showing up also. There are no music files in this old folder. How can I remove this folder from the playlists. I have tried to re-scan the media folder. I have tried to clean-up the database. I have restarted the computer. None of these have worked. I'm running Window 7 on this machine. I just can't seem to remove this old folder from the playlists. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get this fixed.

could always go and delete the subsonic files database from the computer itself and then rebuild it [SystemDrive]:\subsonic\db\subsonic.data
