Upgrading subsonic to 4.9 beta 3 on readyNas

I have a readyNAS OS6 with Subsonic installed on it and configured. Where could I find the necessary instructions to carry out an upgrade to the latest beta? All the instructions I've seen seem to be geared to a fresh install.

I've searched everywhere on the forums and the web and the link above and can't find the easiest way to update my subsonic version without blowing the whole thing away.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
