Subsonic integration in Wordpress

Hello all, I would like for an ongoing project using Subsonic to stream playlists in pages or posts via a audioplayer on the "Wordpress" platform, is it possible? if yes what is the way forward, which plugin to use, which audioplayer to use. Thank you for your help.
