Statut : [Name].subsonic.org is registered, but could not...

I've just tried to install and run Subsonic on my computer but when I save my network settings, I have an error who says "Status: (...).subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it. (ConnectTimeoutException)". So I retried without my firewall and on another port (4041) but it said the same thing...
I don't really know how to fix my problem so I hope someone here will know
I'm using the last version of subsonic (4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013)
My server version is "jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_45, Windows 7 (34.2 MB / 50.0 MB)"
I'm on Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64
My memory limit is 150MB with 34MB used
I've installed Subsonic on "D:\Program Files (x86)\Subsonic"
