...in Vista Home Premium x64! They show up on all my other computers.
I'm talking about the middle "plus" button on the "playing" screen.

Should look like this... [>] [+] [D]
But it looks like this... [>] [D]

Any ideas why or help on how to fix it?!

OK... I fixed it. It turns out the problem was somehow related to the IE add-on program I had installed called "IE7Pro". I used the program for its bookmark sync function.
I uninstalled it and now the [+] button has appeared on my Vista x64 machine.

Not sure what the incompatability was. Maybe this will help someone else in the future.
