Changed main computers, cannot log to Premium url

I am a Premium owner.
I originally had setup a static IP locally and forwarded the Subsonic port.

I have a new machine. I have to maintain the previous machine for other purposes.
I installed the application and selected a new internal static IP, forwarded the app to a new Port.

My server is unreachable.

I discovered that the server is trying to reach my old machine address and port.
I changed the port to the original but I cannot figure out how to edit the IP that my paid for service is trying to reach.

How do I get to my [premium].subsonic.org server now? I do not see where to make the edits locally... I have to travel soon and this is VITAL for me.

Windows 8.1 PC, 64 GB RAM, router: Asus RT-AC66R
License Subsonic Premium
Version 4.9 (build 3853) – January 23, 2014
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_55, Windows 8 (67.1 MB / 91.7 MB)
Java Memory Limit: 150

For what it might help, the address I am trying to reach http://thunderbunny.subsonic.org/

Any chance of getting this changed/addressed? I don't mind donating again -- it's totally more than worth it -- I just want it to work.

Thanks!
