Strange loaded playlist behavior

I've had a user tell me that sometimes when any of her loaded playlists is playing, subsonic will pause and all of sudden start playing a different playlist. She says it happens randomly and could be after listening for a while. She also says the playlist panel actually shows another playlist.

Are playlists cached? Could a playlist error cause this? No other users were on the system at the time this happened. She is one of my heavy users. She is on subsonic 5 days a week, all day at work. Her playlists are rarely modified, but states that it happens a few times a month. Playlists are saved as m3u files and they are managed by subsonic.

Has anyone encountered this behavior? I'll try and provide more details the next time this happens.
