Few issues regarding Players and Buffering.

My first question, is how do I make the player show the video on the site?

And my second is, how do I set it so it doesnt take like a 3 minutes for the video to buffer and play on a player?

Third question is there a way to skip and view different parts of the video like you can with flash videos?
