Android - Can't find audio files

Greetings - I'm using the Subsonic Music Streamer app (v4.3.1), and even though the "Hide from other" option under settings is disabled, I cannot find the audio files saved on my Android phone. I used to be able to access the files before, but since getting my Subsonic server up and running again, as well as reinstalling the app on my phone, I haven't been able to access the mp3 files that are saved locally on my phone. I checked the cache location (/storage/emulated/0/subsonic), but nothing is saved there, other than the "music" folder without any contents. My "cache size" is set to "unlimited", and the "songs to preload" option is set to "unlimited". Also, when I set the app to "Use offline," I can play the files that are saved on the device, so I know that they are there.

Also, I have used ES File Manager to search my phone for audio files, but nothing associated with the Subsonic app shows up in the results.

Any ideas?
