Android 4.3.1 - Can't change Cache Location

I have version 4.3.1 of the Android app for my Motorola phone. Problem is that the "Cache Location" portion of the Settings is greyed out. I can't change it. It's set to:
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/net.sourceforge.subsonic.androidapp/files/subsonic
My other music player can't read from this folder so the files are essentially inaccessible.
Anybody else?

Just came here looking for this answer as well, I used to set the cache to the external card but now that setting isn't available?
Please stop taking functionality away from the app.

go to the application manager to change the internal sd -> external sd
/storage/extSdCard/Android/data/net.sourceforge.subsonic.androidapp/files/subsonic/music/Music/…
