Help ! Configure Subsonic server on Seagate GoFlexHome NAS

Hello,
First day with Subsonic and have it working to stream music in iTunes folders on Seagate GoFlexHome NAS to Android phone.
Now I would like to change the server from the Windows 8 desktop onto the Seagate GoFlexHome NAS, so the Windows 8 desktop need not be on all the time. The Seagate GoFlexHome NAS is always on.
