Not working

I bought this app for my iPad and went to download it onto my computer and it will not work on my computer. I have a windows computer. Really disappointed this is so difficult. Wish I could just get my money back it is not worth it.

What Windows version are you using? What is or isn't happening on the computer end that leads you to say it is "not working"? I'm not a Windows user myself, but I can try to help direct you to more help if nothing else.
