Change Default Personal Settings . . .

Sorry if this is already addressed, but is there any way to change the default personal settings on creating a new user?

Ideally, on a new user creation, I'd like the "See what others are playing" and "Let others see what I am playing" to be disabled.
Couldn't find any options in the API or GUI.

I think it is hardcoded. But its open source... You may have to search the jar files
