Default access rights with new LDAP users

Hi,

I've integrated LDAP-authentication and plan to add new users only via LDAP. Those new users only have minimal access rights within subsonic by default though. Is there an option to either

a) import flags from LDAP to set checkboxes like "can download files" or
b) set default rights, so that all or all new users automatically get these privileges?
