Thumbs for video files

Hi, i have a folder in which there are video files. Me and my friends can download them, but i would like to associate a thumb for each file. Is there a way to do that?

That would only work if Sindre included a binary that could create thumbs (ffmpeg comes to mind!). As of now, it's impossible UNLESS you create a folder for each video and then have a thumbnail pic in each folder with the video. I can't remember the naming convention for the thumbnails, but I bet you can figure it out.

As of now though, there's no way to auto generate thumbnails. Having that would require Sindre to change core code and it would be quite a while to implement that if it ever is.
