New desktop setup

Hello,

I'm having issues setting up my account. I recently bought a new desktop and can't seem to recover any of my old account info. I can't connect to my server, and when I try to login I get a message that says "user not found." I tried to start over, but when I try to use my old server name, I get a message that says it is already being used. Is there a way to recover my old account info? Thanks,
