Dear all,

I need to move my Subsonic install to a new PC (both are Windows 7).

Can anyone tell me how to do this without loosing any settings, basically I just want to duplicate the whole setup and de-commission the old pc.

I know there are some other mentions of it on the forum but only in Linux.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

:D Solved, I reinstalled Subsonic on the new pc then copied the C;\subsonic folder from the old pc to the new.

The only thing that went wrong was some of the trans coding didn;t work so I put the new trans coding folder from the new installation back and all was good, this may have been caused by the new installation being more up to date.

So in summary just install subsonic again the move the c:\subsonic folder from the old installation (minus the trans coding folder).

Has anyone done this successfully or have tips on going from Windows to Linux? Let's just say ubuntu... When support for win 7 runs out I'll be going 100 percent linux.
