Hi,

My wife got a new android phone and so of course I installed Dsub and pointed it at my server. Everything worked fine except that only a handful of the playlists we have show on her device. The same thing happened on my Dad's iphone so now I am at a total loss. Is there a setting somewhere in Subsonic or DSub that I am missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Ian

In the Web Interface login as admin, select a playlist, then select Edit, and mark the option "Make this playlist visible to other users".

Hope this help

Each user has their own set of playlists in Subsonic. DSub will only show the ones you own or which are marked public. You can't add to or remove from a playlist owned by someone else.

Checking the box on the edit playlist dialogue did in fact resolve the issue.

THANK YOU very much, both of you. My wife could not have taught her Yoga classes without those playlists as she streams from the device to the speaker system, and while i use SS and Dsub quite a bit, I can't claim to really know either and I was at a loss.

Again, thank you :D
