not authorized issue on 3.6.beta2 (build 783)

I installed subsonic on an W2K3 server, playing etc is fine. but administrative menus are not accessible. following message is displayed:
Sorry, you are not authorized to perform the requested operation.
I login with admin-admin but no way. server is a domain member.
Log files do not display any error.
