Default new players to "Playlist is managed by player&q

Anyone know a way to have new players automatically use the Playlist is managed by player setting.

I deleted all existing players except my own and added it as a setting to mine. Now when someone logs in and starts a new player it does not pickup the setting to be managed by player.

Any Ideas?
