Where are Subsonic playlists stored?

Long story short my Subsonic install got corrupted and kept giving me a 404 error whenever I tried to access through the browser or locally.

The only thing that worked was deleting (moving) all Subsonic folder and doing a clean reinstall.

I did save all of the Subsonic folders and files in another directory in hopes that I am able to extract the playlists as I have hours put in organizing my library into playlists.

I assume they are somewhere in the database file but I have no idea what to do to get my playlists back.


Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

playlist are stored in:

• /var/subsonic/db.backup/subsonic.script
• /var/subsonic/db.backup/subsonic.script.new
• /var/subsonic/db/subsonic.script
• /var/subsonic/db/subsonic.script.new

Look for the newest file. Search in it for keyword "playlist" and add this lines in http://localhost:4040/db.view to the new database.
