I recently reran all-new new Ethernet cable, my PC that's running subsonic is now behind a switch unmanaged Ethernet switch I assigned static IP but I keep getting 503 error.

Someone please help I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I forwarded the ports on my router but I can't even bring up the web UI.

My subsonic server tray icon is green like its active but I can't get anything to come up.

This my friend is a broken database. Just had this issue myself yesterday.

I removed subsonic and java, ran Ccleaner, rebooted. I then reinstalled java then subsonic. after all of this it was still broken same 503 error.

What fixed it?

Kill the subsonic service then navigate to C:\subsonic and rename the db folder to something other than "db" when you re-launch subsonic it will create a new db folder.

Down side? you have to share your media folders again as well as set up user accounts again, since this is a newly built data base.
I'm sure there's a better way than this but this fixed it for me instantly.

Save the file "subsonic.script" in order to keep you user accounts and settings.
