Everything off of C: drive

I'm running Subsonic on WHS 2011, and I want to move everything off of C:\. I can install Subsonic to J:\, but it insists on putting all the thumbs and some other stuff (including my key it appears) on C:\. How can I move everything off of C:\, especially those thumbs?
