DLNA streaming fails with multiple NICs when Unbound

I've noticed that with multiple NICs, subsonic DLNA functionality is hindered to only showing and listing elements, but playback fails unless I bind the subsonic to a specific NIC. Without doing this, it is visible via DLNA, but playback of content fails. I wanted to see if anyone else who uses DLNA and has multiple NICs.
